The idea

Some whisky is meant to be remembered.

The Endless Cask Infinity Bottle (ECIB) is an evolving blend for single malt Scotch whisky — part collection, part experiment, part time capsule.

Every whisky earns its place. A dram goes in, the bottle changes, and the next tasting becomes a little less predictable. There is no final bottle here. There is only the next pour.
